I purchased a gift subscription for a friend over a year ago. I did not renew the subscription. I have called and formally requested that USA Today stop harassing me over renewing on 4 separate occasions during the past month. On each occasion, I have told them it was a gift for someone else, I am not renewing the subscription nor do I want a subscription for myself. I have formally called and requested they stop calling me 4 times. If I tell the rep who calls me to stop calling, they hang up and call back a few hours later. Since I last formally called USA Today and asked them to cease and desist, they have called me 18 more times (during the past 9 days) which I am now logging. They will normally harass me twice a day. he is a jerk who calls and never answers. and if you answer the phone, suddenly out of the blue you start receiving calls from other creditors. could they be connected?

Caller called me threatning to take legal action because someone I know put me down as a reference and they are in a legal matter he is claiming to a rep with an attourneys office name of office not stated
